The vicinity map shows the overall boundary of the Utility Solutions service areas and the boundaries of the City of Bozeman service area, City of Belgrade service area, and the RAE W&S District service area. The vicinity map also shows the locations of all major Utility Solutions facilities and service main extensions.

Utility Solutions Service Area
The Utility Solutions service area is defined in the Utility Solutions Wastewater Facility Plan which has been approved by Montana Department of Environmental Quality. The service area map shows the area covered by each of the five Utility Solutions service areas. Properties in a Utility Solutions service area are either currently connected to Utility Solutions water and wastewater systems or have the potential to be served by Utility Solutions systems. Service Area 1 consists of the Elk Grove Subdivision and adjacent unconnected properties that have the potential to be served by the Elk Grove Water System. Service Areas 2, 3, 4, & 5 consists of properties served through the Four Corners County Water & Sewer District and unconnected properties that have the potential to be served by the Northstar-Zoot Water System.

Utility Solutions Place of Use
The Northstar-Zoot place of use map shows the areas approved as a place of use in Utility Solutions 831 water permit. The 831 water permit contains water rights used to serve Utility Solutions service areas 2, 3, 4, & 5.

Utility Solutions 831 Place of Use

The Elk Grove place of use map shows the areas approved as a place of use for the Elk Grove water system. This place of use is described as Utility Solutions service area 1.
