November 2011 - The Montana Public Service Commission has approved rates for the Elk Grove service area. The Final Order for Docket No. D2005.11.163 and Docket No. D2005.11.164 was issued November 9, 2011.
September 2011 - The Utilty Solutions 831 water rights permit has been finalized. The new permit allows for municipal use for the entire expanded Utility Solutions service areas and provides volume necessary to meet the 1,500,000 gpd wastewater treatment plant facility plan capacity. The total volume of water available for municipal use under the Utility Solutions beneficial use permits is 1,787.12 acre-ft/yr.
September 2010 - Utility Solutions has completed an ultra-violet disinfection and disposal expansion project for the wastewater treatment plant at Elk Grove Subdivision.
May 2009 - Utility Solutions has completed the Elk Grove Well #3 project. The improvement includes a third water supply well and chlorination disinfection system expansion project for the Elk Grove water system.
