Elk Grove Water System
The Elk Grove water system produces water with three public supply wells. The three Elk Grove wells supply water under Montana Department of Environmental Quality permit PWS MT0004248. Utility Solutions is authorized to appropriate groundwater for the Elk Grove water system through the Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation.

Northstar-Zoot Water System
The Northstar-Zoot water system provides water to the Four Corners County Water & Sewer District, which includes properties in Northstar, Galactic Park, Rainbow, Black Bull Run, Middle Creek Parklands, and Gallatin Heights subdivisions as well as several adjoining properties. The water system produces water with three Northstar public supply wells and three Zoot public supply wells. There are two additional undeveloped Northstar public supply well sites available as the system grows. The wells supply water under Montana Department of Environmental Quality permit PWS MT0004284. Utility Solutions is authorized to appropriate groundwater for the Northstar-Zoot water system through the Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation.
